Shipping policy
1) Order Processing & Cut-Off
- We aim to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET often ship the same day. During peak times or inventory checks, fulfillment may take up to 3 business days.
- Cut-off time and processing schedules are based on Eastern Time (ET).
2) Domestic U.S. Shipping
- Flat shipping fee: $4.95 per order (unless an item is marked Free Shipping).
- Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other trusted partners. Carrier selection may vary by destination.
- Transit time: Typically 3–7 business days after shipment.
- Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.
- PO Boxes/APO/FPO: Some services cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If applicable, please provide a physical street address.
3) International Shipping
- Availability: We ship worldwide.
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after shipment (varies by destination and customs processing).
- Rates & fees: Calculated at checkout.
- Duties & taxes: Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, or customs fees required by local authorities.
- Carriers: DHL Express and other global carriers depending on destination and service level.
4) Order Changes & Cancellations
- To request a change or cancellation, email help@freerangeperformance.co within 1 hour of placing your order.
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or contents. For returns/exchanges, please refer to our Returns Policy.
5) Delivery Issues
- Delays: If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will liaise with the carrier.
- Lost or damaged packages: Report within 7 days of the expected delivery date to help@freerangeperformance.co. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
6) Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We aren’t responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or issue a refund for the item price minus original shipping once received back in resalable condition.
7) Split Shipments
To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no additional cost. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment if applicable.
8) Pre-Orders & Backorders
Orders containing pre-order/backordered items will ship when the items are in stock. We may ship available items first and the remainder once available, or hold to ship together depending on the product page notice.
9) Customs, Refusals & Abandoned Packages (International)
Packages refused at customs, unclaimed, or abandoned due to unpaid duties/taxes or import restrictions are not eligible for refunds on shipping and may incur return fees. Item refunds (if/when goods are returned to us in original condition) exclude shipping and any carrier/customs charges we incur.
10) Signature on Delivery (High-Value Orders)
We may require an adult signature upon delivery for higher-value orders at our discretion to reduce fraud and loss. If you need us to add/remove signature service, email help@freerangeperformance.co immediately after ordering.
11) Order Verification & Fraud Prevention
All orders are subject to verification. We may contact you for additional information or cancel/refund orders that cannot be verified.
12) Peak Season & Holidays
During high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday and the holiday season) processing and transit times may be longer. Please order early to ensure timely delivery.
13) Force Majeure
FreerangePerformance is not liable for delays or failures to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, carrier disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, acts of government).
