21. Subscriptions & VIP Membership

i. Enrollment & Billing
By completing your order, you are enrolling in our VIP membership program and authorizing a recurring charge of $49.99 today and every 30 days to the payment method provided. This ensures uninterrupted access to all included VIP benefits. You may cancel at any time by reaching out to our support team. Charges will continue unless canceled. No obligation beyond each billing period.

ii. Cancellations & Refunds
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us. Subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a cancellation request is made after a charge has been processed, no partial or full refund will be issued. Upon cancellation, access to benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

iii. Failed Payments & Subscription Pauses
If a payment fails, we may attempt to process it again. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships due to failed payments. Subscription pauses are not currently offered, but may be introduced in the future.

iv. Pricing & Changes
Subscription fees and product prices may change at any time. Any adjustments apply to future billing cycles, and continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.

23. Membership Subscription

By placing your monthly recurring order of VIP Membership Club you will be charged $29.99 today and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days before each recurring charge, and a receipt will be sent after every successful transaction.

31. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any separate agreements for Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
