We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we accept returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

1) Eligibility

  • Products may be returned opened or unopened within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in reasonable condition. If the product has been excessively used, damaged, or returned in a condition that makes it unsuitable for resale or quality review, the return may be denied.
  • The 30-day period begins on the date the order is marked as delivered.
  • If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before shipping it back.
  • Bundles/kits must be returned complete; partial returns of bundle components are not eligible for refund.

2) How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, you must contact us for approval and instructions:

Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) to include inside your package.

Returns sent to any other address — including our business mailing address below — may be delayed or rejected.

3) Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We will typically send a replacement at no extra cost once the issue is confirmed.

4) Refunds

  • Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return for inspection and processing.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take up to 10 business days to show the refund.

5) Fees & Deductions

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item was defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect).
  • Refunds apply to the product price only and do not include original shipping charges or customs duties.
  • If a discount was applied to a multi-item order and part is returned, refunds may be adjusted to reflect the new pricing of the kept items.

6) Important Return Requirements

  • Please use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt.
  • Provide the tracking number once shipped.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
  • All returns must be sent to our designated returns facility at 2403 E 4th Ave, Tampa, FL 33605, United States, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • If a returned item is excessively used, damaged, or does not meet eligibility criteria, no refund will be issued. The item may be sent back to you at your expense.
  • Return-to-sender/Refused deliveries: If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we can reship (postage may apply) or refund the product price minus original shipping.

7) International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any duties, taxes, or customs fees.
  • Please clearly mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid delays.
  • Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

8) Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned beyond the 30-day window.
  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and promotional/free items.

9) Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same approval process as returns. Once approved, we can either:

  • Ship the replacement after receiving and approving your return, or
  • Create a new order and refund the original once processed.
